Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat hoagie roll, small
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, low-fat
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard, any flavor
- 1 ounce cheese, Swiss, low-fat
- 1 ounce lean pork tenderloin, roasted
- 1 1/2 ounces ham, lean, reduced sodium
Preparation
- Spread one side of roll with mayonnaise, and the other side with mustard.
- Fill sandwich with cheese, cooked pork (use leftover if possible), and ham.
- Serve sandwich with a calorie free beverage
