Midnight Sandwich Lunch

Midnight Sandwich
Ingredients
  • 1 whole wheat hoagie roll, small
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, low-fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard, any flavor
  • 1 ounce cheese, Swiss, low-fat
  • 1 ounce lean pork tenderloin, roasted
  • 1 1/2 ounces ham, lean, reduced sodium


Preparation
  • Spread one side of roll with mayonnaise, and the other side with mustard.
  • Fill sandwich with cheese, cooked pork (use leftover if possible), and ham.
  • Serve sandwich with a calorie free beverage
