Chocolate Shakeology ice cream
2 cups of almond milk
about 1 cup of ice
1 whole banana
2 tbls of PB
2 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology.
Blend on liquify so it freezes with a creamy consistancy instead of an icey one. Stick it in the freezer for a few hours before pulling it out to eat. Thaw for a few minutes before eating.

I am a 48 year old stay at home Mom that has decided to regain my life by getting fit and healthy. My journey involves exercise from many programs such as p90x, power90, turbojam, and the one I am doing now turbofire right now and i will follow it with p90x. I also am working on adapting the clean eating lifestyle. One thing that helped a lot last summer was my square foot garden. My garden suffered so much this year because of the heat.
