- 2 1/2 tablespoons chicken, cooked
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, low-fat
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed, dried
- 1 piece whole wheat bread, thin sliced
- 8 fluid ounces water
Preparation
- Shred cooked chicken breast.
- Mix chicken with mayonnaise and a dash of dill weed.
- Serve with (or on) whole wheat bread.
- Enjoy with a glass of water.
