Chicken Salad Snack

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chicken, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, low-fat
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill weed, dried
  • 1 piece whole wheat bread, thin sliced
  • 8 fluid ounces water



Preparation

  • Shred cooked chicken breast.
  • Mix chicken with mayonnaise and a dash of dill weed.
  • Serve with (or on) whole wheat bread.
  • Enjoy with a glass of water.
