Goals for May

This is going to be a crazy, busy, insane month. I am determined to have a great month with lots of personal growth, lots of business growth and lots of fitness growth.
My goals are:
Daily devotions
Daily Prayer
Do not let myself be drawn back into eating emotionally
Eat Clean
Exercise 6 days a week
Do 3 days cleanse on Tues May 3rd through Thurs May 5th
Plant my garden
Read 10 mins a day and listen to 15 mins a day of recommended cd's

  1. Good for you! What kind of recommended cd's? Also be sure to listen to some good praise and worship music. That will help out with some of the stuff you are hoping to do.
