Recipe: maple brown sugar peanut butter vanilla smoothie

It’s called maple brown sugar peanut butter vanilla smoothie!
2 c Ice
2 c Water 
1 pkg Low Sugar Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
2 Tbsp Better ‘n Peanut Butter (or reg PB, but BPB is just 100 cal’s!)
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Stevia or All-natural Sun Crystal packets
 
BLEND
It’s ~450 calories made this way.. so definitely a meal and you will feel SO full. If you need it to be fewer calories on certain days or are having Shakeology as a snack, just skip the peanut butter and/or skip the oatmeal. I also make a recipe that is JUST with water, a serving of Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix (~25 calories), and 2 Tbsp BPB.. then it’s less than 300 calories! I look VERY forward to my Shakeology meals :)  I send samples to my customers upon request.
