What does getting healthy mean to you?

Some questions to ask yourself:
Am I content with where I am as far as my fitness level?
How did I get here?
How can I improve my level?
What is the first change I need to make?
Can I eat better? Can I move more?
Where do I want my fitness level to be?
Make up your mind to just do it!!!! Start moving!!! Make better choices when eating!!!! Let's end the trend together.

  1. 1 no I need to get moving again and gain back what I have lost in strength since moving
    2 Lots of years of pregnancy, babies, exhaustion, stress, But lots of years of getting back at it and exercising eating healthy and fighting to be well and healthy
    3 cut sugar and exercise again

    5 yes sugar is my enemy and I need to stop letting it come into my home
    5b yes I need to move much much more
    6 I want to be as fit as Chalean and Toni that I could become a trainer and inspire others
