Shakeology the workout

Tonight I did the 30 minutes shakeology workout. I was thinking it would be easy after doing Chalean extreme. However, to my surprise it was still difficult. It was an cardio and interval workout that includes push up and an ab work out. Also squats, lunges, jumping jacks, front kicks, knee lifts, curls, shoulder work and so on and so on. It is a wonderful 30 minute workout. I will keep this in my routines when I need a filler.
